I have been working at Bank of America full-time

    Pros

Benefits are phenomenal - including health, 401k , life insurance, paid vacation based on seniority , sick pay and stock options. Up to date with technology and competitive in the market with the products and services offered. Fast paced environment , reputable/ well known company. Job opportunities are endless.

    Cons

I wish the company invested more time and money training their employees . Not just new hires but all the associated in order for them to gain new knowledge and skills so they are better in their current role. Investing money in developing their associates & having a fair compensation structure would be two key areas to improve.

    Advice to Management

They need to truly care about their associates and their well being ( by creating a positive / stress free work environment just so these associates can also take good care of their clients in return.) This can be achieved by providing reasonable and sufficient resources. I understand it is about controlling and cutting down expenses , however by not providing appropriate number of people to handle the amount of work that needs to be accomplished, the company is setting some great leaders to fail and ultimately look elsewhere for employment. Retain and appreciate the talent you already have.
