I worked at Bank of America full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The entire company's focus is on women employees...their safety, their work life balance etc.

    Cons

Being a male employee if you work there, u feel like a candidate of general category in govt institutions where all the advantages are limited to reserved category only. Here too much women orientation. Women are given preferred shift timings and instead male employees are asked to work in late shift timings or sometimes beyond that as extended hours.
It is a very good company for people who don't know how to work and don't want to work.
as no night allowance, no performance based incentives. No difference between a performer and a non performer.

I have been working at Bank of America full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    8 hours of shift
    FTS model, so breathe easy!
Most of the management is in HYD, you're lucky if hired somewhere else.
They say that the appraisal is better than other companies
Moderate and bearable amount of work

    Cons

Since it's a financial domain, learning opportunities are less as stringent process kills the fun
Slow paced life and knowledge base stagnates with time
Rating process is highly opaque, deserving do not get the preference as much as lickspittles who parasites for long enough

    Advice to Management

Encourage the deserving even if you want to rate your lickspittles ahead of them, express upfront that someone is deserving instead of making up baseless accusations against them.
