    Pros

    Great networks
Good people who are knowledgable and warm
Exposure to vast amount of data and global knowledge
    Good benefits
Onsite facilities include doctors, beauty treatments, various restaurants etc

    Cons

    Uncompetitive salaries across all sectors
Performance management doesn't reward young people or people lower on career ladder and is a liability.
Managers don't always know what they are doing.
    A lot of internal politics.
    Constant cost reductions damage morale

    Advice to Management

Be more modern in thinking of ways to reward staff and manage performance
    Don't silo people into roles
Allow people to explore other roles internally more easily
