I worked at Bank of America full-time (More than 10 years)
The people that I was lucky enough to work with were hard working and knowledgeable. We all worked well together as a team.
There is constant worry of losing your job at any minute. The funding for certain organizations is always up in the air. At times a funding picture for the current year isn't clear until mid year.
Upper management seems to always worry more about themselves than the people actually doing the work.
Too much is expected for too small of a team
Advice to Management
Retain quality associates. You continually lose value team members because of work location and not due to performance. Base your job cuts on performance like you say you do.
