I worked at Bank of America part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

You work as a team and it's nice to work with others to achieve the quota.
    Get evenings off and Sundays

    Cons

Not enough tellers at the branch I was at.
Customers would wait in line for 45 minutes and sometimes you're by yourself working the line. Bofa cut back a lot and didn't replace.
There were no cameras in the vault. Everywhere except where the money is kept. Hope they changed that. Didn't treat employees well either.

    Advice to Management

Show more compassion towards the customers. That's what keeps them from coming back and staying in this rediculous line

I worked at Bank of America (More than a year)

    Pros

Flexible schedule for students. HR is personable, management- not so much. Lunch breaks are short

    Cons

Boring and repetitive work. Low pay

    Advice to Management

    Make it more personable

    Doesn't Recommend
    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

because its a well known company...looks good on your resume

    Cons

    Most managers arent leaders
    Often threathened with your job
    Goals are unrealistic
Hard to get time off when needed..(even during a death in the family)
    No motivation given
Morale is low for tellers and pbs due to management

    Advice to Management

hire or promote people for managers who had leadership qualities or who know how to keep A TEAM together. not just someone who can produce numbers.
SOMEONE WHO CAN MOTIVATE rather then break up the dynamics of a banking center

and 360 coaching doesnt work when "the manager is always right"
