    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

They rarely fire anyone at Bank of America, so there is good job security.

    Cons

Upper management has no idea how things work at the lower level, and they don't care about the employees at all. The people who call into the help desk (other employees) are completely arrogant and disrespectful, and management does not care or do anything about that either.

    Advice to Management

Spend time learning the day to day operations, get to know the employees, look after their best interest
