    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Bank of America full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good benefits, OK pay for someone that may have not have a college education but if you do try a different alternative.

    Cons

Retail banking entrapment, good luck pursuing a different career pathway once you get into one of their branches.

    Advice to Management

Stop lying about career growth, yes some people are motivated by money but others really want to add to their skills set through different career paths even if it means a pay cut. Overall just be transparent about what career paths are available from day one so people don't waste their time in a position that will never get them where they eventually want to be.

    Pros

I enjoyed working as a part time teller for Bank of America. Although part time, i was able to get healthcare benefits, paid time off, paid sick time, and paid vacation. The hours were also very flexible.

    Cons

I would have to say the only con is that they began to reduce the amount of teller needed.

I have been working at Bank of America full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Amazing benefits, great compensation program, great hours, paid holidays, and 3 weeks paid vacation. Reimbursement for any outside of the norm traveling.

    Cons

Very stressful sales environment. Goals are a little too high for some centers that don’t have right traffic for those numbers. Too much sales pressure. Most full time employees are made to work 6 days a week. Only Sunday’s are off.

    Advice to Management

Take a look at what happened to competitors like Wells Fargo and don’t let it happen to you. The pressure for sales is real. Maybe back off so the same thing doesn’t happen to BOA.
