    Pros

One of the best company to work. You get everything -hike, meal, transport, learning opportunity, rewards, flexibility, work from home ,events to support your society, to keep yourself happy and engaged. people usually never leaves after finding the benefits . Its a place you can call home.

    Cons

gender discrimination- the ratio is very poor ,there are people who still need proper awareness to regard woman in a certain way. There are people who will keep reminding you that you are hired to maintain diversity. apart from these I never found anything to complaint.

    Advice to Management

try to maintain the gender ratio and create more awareness in people to respect woman.

I have been working at Bank of America full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great company to work with. Exceptional work life balance. Well you leave when you want. However work is more so it's okay if you leave late. And 36 leaves, excluding 10 holidays. Man that's extensive.

    Cons

Performance does not account for a lot. Everyone gets similar hike. If you don't complain, you don't get what you want.

    Advice to Management

Find your best performers, and reward them.
