I have been working at Bank of America full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

I have been working in TCS- Bank of America(BOA) project for the past 2 years and the most wonderful thing in Bank of America project (BOA) in TCS is there lots and lots and lots of ONSITE opportunities in this TCS-BOA project especially in INFRASTRUCTURE (ITIS) INTEGRATION team, since in the next 10-15 years only the INFRASTRUCTURE projects are going to bring multi billion dollars of revenue to large IT companies like TCS and hence TCS is providing more and more ONSITE opportunities for people working in INFRASTRUCTURE (ITIS ) project...

    Cons

Not even a single con in TCS-Bank of America project...

    Advice to Management
