    Pros

Great culture within the LevFin group. Solid work-life balance and tight-knit social network. Mindful of diversity. People are supportive of your career development and it's a large, great network.

I have been working at Bank of America full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The company is truly global and diverse! Women and men get paid the same and there are 51% female employees. Nice people and cool offices

    Cons

I was over worked and never thanked for my work as an analyst. Benefits were never explained to me properly and I didn't think BofA had any true employee perks

I have been working at Bank of America full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Smart, hardworking and driven coworkers and senior members of the team. You learn a lot and get unparalleled exposure.

    Cons

Very long hours, weekend work often, rigid corporate totem poll. As a junior member of the team, your time is not valued nor is your opinion.

    Advice to Management

Need to implement work/ life balance seriously. There are very shallow and useless initiatives that exist to restrict junior bankers from working too much, but when push comes to shove those rules are ignored but senior members of the team. I am never truly off the clock and never feel relaxed, even on weekends, late at night or vacations.

I have been working at Bank of America (More than a year)

    Pros

Great exposure to wide-ranging, industry changing deals that you get to experience from point A to point Z (though with tons of layers in between)

    Cons

Lack of exposure to senior management, lack of exposure to clients, often times doing menial tasks for pitches that do not really matter

    Advice to Management

Make your analyst level employees feel more engaged by including them in client meetings and interactions with the outside world
