I have been working at Bank of America for more than a year

    Pros

Pay is better than other bank for the tellers. You can easily grow with the company if you try hard enough and meet your goals.

    Cons

Sort of sales driven even for the teller who don’t get revenue, you still have to meet goals although it’s not so so bad though.

I worked at Bank of America full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

The banking and investment end of Bank of America shines

    Cons

Outdated mortgage systems, underwriting reflects too many tiers of risk due to repeatedly paying for past mistakes from Countrywide days with no customer service initiatives. Did not see any room for growth due to constant layoffs. No company match of 401k. Big box bank mentality for mortgages.
