    Cons

Some departments are better than others when it comes to Management and depth of knowledge. Great thing there are many jobs, but's best to become a subject matter expert in that dept and work your way up or have the knowledge and build connections to learn about your next career move whether it's the finance or banking side. Some areas are more stressful than others due to the risk and potential loss.

    Advice to Management

Keep your exceed employees and your hard workers happy

I worked at Bank of America full-time for more than 20 years

      Pros

Some of the best people to work with. Coworkers become family. Great benefits, Able to relocate to many different cities.

      Cons

Salary is low based on average salary with other companies. Hierarchy is terrible, upper management truly drops the ball when it comes to communication. HR needs to be revised when applying for jobs almost impossible to get feedback or response back regarding a interview

      Advice to Management

listen to your staff more. Stop promoting people because there your friend instead promote off work ethic.

I worked at Bank of America full-time for more than 9 years

      Pros

Great benefits and pay. Team outting and social event for team building. Bank of America is family friendly and flexible with their schedules and times.

      Cons

Some of the super visors and manageres shouldn't be leaders, they could learn respect of every person working under them. They should treat everyone equal and not have favorites. When they promote and give opportunities to learn and extra assignments, they should consider everyone who is willing to learn and grow.

      Advice to Management

Stop the favortism, what you have personally against another affects not only them, but their families and their children. It's not fair to stop the growth of anothers career because you don't like them.
