    Pros

They really take care of you as an employee. They make sure you are put in a position to succeed, just make sure you capitalize on the opportunity because it will go a long way.

    Cons

They are making a transition to more automated banking, and in result costumers are not happy with the quality of care.

I have been working at Bank of America full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Great working hours and great people. Health benefits start after 30 days for full and part time employees. Match 401k at 5% after 1 year.

    Cons

There could always be more staff for tellers. Its manageable most days but it would be helpful to add one for teller.
