It would be a challenge to find a company with better benefits when employeed for work inside of a financial center. I cannot brag enough about the wonderful benefits I receive as an employee.
As you can expect with any corporation of this size, there are some disconnects. With having to consult with so many departments to take care of our customers, it is sometimes difficult. There is a lot that is out of the hands of the employees that work face to face with customers. Although we desire to help a customer, with their credit card issue for instance, we cannot- we have to get on the phone and rely on antoher associate to take care of the issue. Although it is the associate on the phone who has control of the situation, it is a direct relection on the associate who is sitting in front of the cusotmer. This has more impact than one might expect becuase customer satisfaction ratings have an impact of quarterly financial compensation.
