I worked at Bank of America full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great benefits and the Company is in a period of growth and change. If your ready to hustle and bustle this is the team to join!

    Cons

They don't look out for their employees when the going gets tough! Their out there for themselves and only themselves! There is no Team! They will leave you in the dust and on your own when things go wrong! Not a place I wanted to work for!!!!!
