    Best benefits by far than any other company

    Cons

    If you have a bad manager, there is nothing you can do about it.

    Advice to Management

    Get a better way to evaluate management. It is hard to show that your manager is bad if you are in a commission only role. They look good when you do good and you are blamed if you are not hitting your numbers.

    The Market Managers are pretty awesome.

    A majority of the employees lack work ethic.

    Advice to Management

    In business our biggest assets are the employees. Tighten up the vetting process. Make sure that more than one interview is conducted and with fresh eyes.

    Can be micromanaged in certain roles also the bank has a very conservative stance which can make it hard to be competitive.

    Amazing place to work. Everyone is very friendly and they always have your back. Benefits are top notch and ability to move up and around are fantastic

    If you don't like change, this place isn't for you. They are always recreating themselves to stay at the top of the banking chain.

    Just keep up with what you are doing. The future is looking great!
