I have been working at Bank of America full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

    Health Benefits and vacation time.

    Cons

BOA is biased when it comes to promoting associates. Low salary. Very few growth opportunities

    Advice to Management

I have been with BOA for the past 6 years. I have always exceeded all my targets. Despite top notch performance when it comes to promotion and salary increment BOA always finds a away to dodge or avoid a situation where they are required to give a salary increment. It’s the Branch Banking ( FCM, FCAM, RM, RB, CSR) team that does all the hard-work and they get thrown a dog bone at them from the management . The... increments are pathetically tiny. The situation is like modern day slavery. Secondly all top positions are somehow given to people who are of the same race, which is not fair. If anyone takes a look at the picture of the top brass, it’s all white males, females, LGBT. I have spilled a lot of sweat and blood for Bank of America and it breaks my heart to see how greedy they become when it time to compensate its workers. The top brass makes millions while people like me live paycheck to paycheck.

I worked at Bank of America full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Great benefits. Including help with paying for childcare.

    Cons

Very corporate. Not customer centered and not a lot of care for the associates. Management showed lack of compassion for associates and also did not show interest in helping associates grow.
