    Pros

    Bank of America has Great Benefits . Three weeks of PTO and two weeks of sick leave , you cant ask for more

    Cons

    If you work in the contact center, its hard to grow or move to another department

    Advice to Management

    I will prefer if the management can hire more professional people.

    Pros

    Great benefits at this company, the lay was decent but it's a sales job so be aware .

    Cons

    They're incentive structure all depends on how much money you make them and they pay out every 3 and a half months which is considered a quarter so you get as little as $500 or as much as over $7000 every quarter depending on how you sell but in order to qualify you must have high customer service and high quality scores which you'll learn about during training

    I have been working at Bank of America full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    They provide some of the best hands on training and amazing opportunity to move up in the company. Overall loving the experience.

    Cons

    The company has tons of red tape and the goals are truly challenging. The traffic in the finincal centers is on the decline so the goals become that much more difficult.

    Advice to Management

    Give the local braches the ability to make credit dicissons, at least at the basic level.

    Bank of America has the best benefits then any company I worked for. In my current position my schedule is flexible and the environment is great. Always an opportunity to advance within the company.

    You will have to work one weekend day

    One of the pros they have a hiring staff.

    Cons

    They down size alot. The staff can be very unprofessional at times.

    Advice to Management

    My advice to management would be to lead by example. Make employeed feels valued. Show you care more.
