    Job title, discounts on banking

    Cons

    Repetitive, staffing levels, disconnected senior leadership. Holding customers hostage to sales goals. Customer has 2 credit cards why didnt you sell them a 3rd?

    Advice to Management

    Spend time in branches in the market to see what is actually happening.

    Pros

    Paternity time is three months paid.

    Cons

    Micro management, multiple conference calls, call nights and pushing products on clients that they already have or don't need. If you are not tracking to hit your monthly goals you must stay late every night to make calls for whatever product your are lacking.

    Advice to Management

    Coach and develope in a positive manner and stop beating your teams up.
