    Partner with retail branches go source leads. Acess to salesforce for all crm lead management. Good systems. Fast signing. All supplies included

    No access to bank systems and sometimes clients won't know account information to get set up otherwise everything is great

    Pros

    Working at Bank of America Merchant has honestly been a life changer. Do your job and you get paid. Very easy! Management is great and super helpful.

    Cons

    Commission is calculated monthly by an individual. Many times, pay is incorrect. It will be corrected once discovered but usually not until the next pay cycle.

    Advice to Management

    Get an automated system to calculate commission!

    Too bureaucratic at times due to parent companies.

    Pros

    Bank of America Merchant Services (BAMS) is committed to hiring more veterans (and spouses) and those currently serving in the Guard and Reserve components with industry experience and the right skill-sets we need. We have a dedicated Veteran Program Director who assists the recruiters in finding veterans and members of the Guard and Reserve to fill our open positions on a day to day basis. Additionally, we have a Military Affinity Group that currently has 9% of our Associates who have joined. Lastly, in August of 2017, our CEO signed an Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve Statement of Support (ESGR). Leadership at all levels understand the high importance and benefits of hiring veterans and current members of the Guard and Reserve and their spouses.

    Currently making it an even higher priority in 2018 to hire more veterans.

    I have worked for Bank of America Merchant Services since 2011.
    Pros: Remote work allows for flexability and a great work/life balance. I have the priviledge to work with and maintain relationships with people at some amazing companies.

    Cons

    Large portfolio can be overwhelming at times.

    Advice to Management

    Reduce the portfolio sizes to a more manageable level.
