I worked at Bank of America full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

An amazing competitive team. Everyone wants to better themselves and grow with the company. Everyone I worked with was always willing to help. And I never had to worry about getting my 40 hours I could always pick up hours at another location

    Cons

I don't have any cons about this job at all. Just some crazy customers you have to deal with but that's any customer service job

    Advice to Management

Loved all management including my district manager

I have been working at Bank of America full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great benefits, good starting wage, perfect experience for growth & work hard play hard. Team work is always efficient in BOA.

    Cons

Stressful, very demanding to hit goals and if you're not a people person this job is not for you. You must go out of your way at times with very special costumers.

    Advice to Management

Excel worksheets are so much easier than having to use physical paper.

I have been working at Bank of America full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Easy to move up, Lots of opportunity to grow if your CMM lets you.

    Cons

Upward mobility is not solely based on your ability to do the job. There is a lot of bureaucracy and they are really serious about your "# of months/years of experience" and not on how and knowledge of the job.

    Advice to Management

Continue to promote from within if it is better for the company/branch
