I have been working at Bank of America full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great benefits, opportunity for advancement, flexibility

    Cons

Constant Changes, sales and goals pressure, understaffing, hard to move up internally unless you know someone or are switching lines of business.

    Advice to Management

Make sure managers are capable of not only being managers but also be good leaders that respect their associates. I’ve had a number of managers but maybe only two or three I can honestly say they were leaders.

I have been working at Bank of America full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Paid volunteer hours, tuition reimbursement program and medical/dental/legal benefits

    Cons

Leaders preach one thing and do another, although the company states they offer flexible work schedules and mywork programs they have eliminated both. The company has become extremely inflexible, no longer a great place to work for working parents. Super high expectations, super demanding leaders, often don’t backfill positions and instead just redistribute work burning out their employees.

    Advice to Management

    Allow for some work/life balance
