The company compensates well, they have a great advancement opportunity, and once your in the company you may branch out where ever you'd like.
Company doesn't know it's direction. At this time the company just seems money hungry and does not care about the bottom people. They expect us to drive revenue, drive customer satisfaction, and at the same time they are lowering staffing.
Advice to Management
Staff your banks like Wells Fargo. More employees equals less stress and less turnover
College reimbursement program helped pay for more than half of my tuition.
They work you to the bone and the turnover is like a revolving door. People are constantly coming and going so it's hard to establish a proper relationship with anyone. Customers are hell to deal with. People go crazy if you screw up their coffee order, imagine their bank accounts or money?
