    Pros

    Awesome training programs, if you are tech savvy. If not a little harder to learn. Most of the learning is on your own with someone helping offsite remotely.

    Cons

    If you are not self driven and self motivator it is going to fill like it is hard to reach sales goals and demotivate yourself by not achieving company goals.

    Keep talented people and develop better software for the company

    Great starting pay for a student looking to work part-time and have opportunity for growth within the company!

    Branch location and management teams very across the company. Depending on where you are located the branch may have poor management, or have an undesirable team.

    Pros

    Walk in traffic in the branches. High customer loyalty.

    Cons

    The LO has very little control of the file. Processing takes forever to close the loan. Sometimes the information guven to the Loan Officers by Management is not accurate.

    Make sure your bosses hear thenfeedback from the field.
