    Pros

    Great company, wonderful benefits, and great leadership.

    Cons

    Too many people involved in loan process. Commission is low so good income will only come with volume. Leads can get low making very challenging to make good money.

    Work Life balance. Great staff and great benefits. The company invest a lot on trainings, and provide lots of supports

    Cons

    Can sometimes be hard to attain the sales goals. Lots of micromanagement. Goals are a little high and can be hard to meet depending on your location.
