I worked at Bank of America full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Great company, wonderful benefits, and great leadership.

    Cons

Too many people involved in loan process. Commission is low so good income will only come with volume. Leads can get low making very challenging to make good money.

I have been working at Bank of America full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Extensive training, great Benefits and Perks.

    Cons

All branches are run differently and the one I was located the FCM is not a team player. Constantly this person is stating they aren’t paid to help or do “Our Job”. Constantly this person is lifting you up then quickly degrading and threatening your job throughout the day, so the pressure and stress developed makes you dread waking for work. You should love your job after going through such an extensive hiring/interview, and training process. If your are working at a busy branch you will not receive breaks other than a 1/2 hour lunch (I was told never will you get breaks). During training you’re told about what great teams everyone has then when you hit the floor it can be cutthroat! Most try to steal appointments that you work hard to book. The FCM also stated that if you report them, they will deny everything and throw you under the bus every time! If you’re hired make sure you check the branches turnover and ask current employees their true feels of the location they work! Prob, prob, and prob more! Life is to short to work in negative mental conditions like this!!!
