Mediocre technologies, insecurity of a contract even in the middle of it, sudden lay offs.

    Pros

There is room for growth in terms of title promotions. Put in the time, the work, and voice your goals, and you can progress.

    Cons

Salary increases are not competitive when you grow internally. The bank could do a lot more by way of talent retention relative to compensation.

    Advice to Management

Improve compensation to better manage talent retention.
