I have been working at Bank of America (Less than a year)
BOFA is a great place to work, has a good work life balance. The benefits are awesome and the staff are constantly educated and trained .. great palce
I beileve the have the ability to pay more for the position, management can definately do a lot more for employees
Great Benefits from vacation, sick time to insurance. Also provide 401K. Many benefits. Opportunity to move up in the company.
Don’t feel appreciated sometimes. I think the company should be able to adjust any bonuses based on overall performance. That’s all.
I worked at Bank of America full-time (More than 5 years)
Great Company & environment
Great environment to work and payee it's worth it
Benefit not totally what I expected!!!!
Need more Staff in the banking centers.
Possibility for growth into other areas of BAC
Every holiday off
Managers get 4 weeks of vacation starting.
Micromanagement to the extreme.
It feels as if a committee is needed consisting of managers from many different branches in order to make simple decisions. Clearly managers who are ready to take responsibility for their actions are lacking - or at least where I worked, that was the case.
If you can kiss a managers butt very well, you are likely to get into a higher position
Advice to Management
Stop hiring managers/leaders who can't make decisions for themselves or doesn't understand the important of knowing what their staff needs/wants are.
Start getting to know what each employee does specifically and measure their work.
