    Pros

Learn a great deal about banking process & engaging with clients. The relationships built with clients will be the best part of the job. Many great clients.

    Cons

The company does tend to under pay at the financial banking center. Some goals are unattainable which causes undesired stress.

    Advice to Management

Support associates to promote from within.

I worked at Bank of America full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good experience in the financial industry and exposure to how banks operate. Great chance to better understand what the focus is and goals of a major financial institution look and feel like.

    Cons

Commission structure isn't going to drastically impact your annual income unless something has changed with how they structure their compensation plan for personal bankers. Great entry level opportunity to be a personal banker.

    Advice to Management

Allow for personal bankers to truly get a look at different segments of the bank and gain real exposure to the work that is done outside the banking center. Corporate exposure to the initiatives of the bank would be a bonus to see as your career path may change for the future.

  3. Helpful (1)

"Lack of Leadership, two people sharing the same job and still managed to do it poorly."

I worked at Bank of America full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Freedom of setting my own schedule with very little accountability.

    Cons

Everything that happened, either good or bad took a very long time to implement. 3 to 5 month pay cycle.

    Advice to Management

Thin yourselves out, there were too many chiefs for the amount of Indians. Think like a smaller institution and this should help out long term.
