Putting more efforts to retain talented employee and re-evaluate cost cutting measures as it can be counter productive.

I worked at Bank of America full-time for more than 5 years

      Pros

Great company, wonderful benefits, and great leadership.

      Cons

Too many people involved in loan process. Commission is low so good income will only come with volume. Leads can get low making very challenging to make good money.

I worked at Bank of America full-time for more than 3 years

      Pros

Benefits not much else that would be considered a Pro to work their.

      Cons

Too many to mention in this little space...if you want to be micromanaged by 5 managers and have no route for promotion and get a crumb of a bonus then this is defiantly the place to work for you.

      Advice to Management

Actually lead not suck up to managers above you. Also be truthful to staffers especially when their jobs will be outsourced

I worked at Bank of America full-time for more than 5 years

      Pros

Good benefits in a lot of different areas such as health, school, personal growth, volunteering, etc.

      Cons

BOA always wants their employees feedback but it never seems as if they actually take it into consideration. They just ask you to make you feel like your opinion matters when it doesn’t. Managers play favorites.

      Advice to Management

The culture really needs to be improved and put as much energy in your clients, into your employees.
