    Pros

    GREAT benefits. Medical/dental/vision/401k matching/tuition reimbursement/ child care/time off/stocks/pension

    Cons

not a lot of room for growth/raises/praises. constant changes. constant ridicule. not a lot of encouragement. once your in management, doesn't seem to get much help, unless you are the favorite or a super star or have to kiss up to upper management. lies to employees that lateral move does not get a raise, but fact that other associates who has made a lateral move got a raise.

    Advice to Management

Try to know those who are a lifer, who put in their sweat and heart to their role. And help them out, recognize/praise/give raises. Even the quiet ones.
