    Pros

Always busy. If you like early mornings or late nights it's good. But no day shift.

    Cons

No holidays off, very hard to bonus. One hour plus hold time for wealthy clients when I left made it hard to keep surveys up which you live or die on in the position.

    Advice to Management

Try doing a week on the phones to see how your changes really affect the customers.

I have been working at Bank of America full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Benefits are amazing. Bank of America has the highest paid entry level employees in the phoenix area compared to other financial institutions. There's opportunity to grow after the first year.

    Cons

Your growth heavily relies on who you know. If you don't put in the work to network, you will go nowhere.

I have been working at Bank of America full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

great technology for clients not so much for employees

    Cons

technology for associates is not integrated - so much redundancy that employs waste time copying information from one system to another which contributes to errors and wasted time and man hours.

    Advice to Management

take a look at the internal processes and reporting, see where an investment there could reduce your overall cost of doing business, improve clients delight and employee moral. it's literally a win, win, win.

Pay more attention to employee loyalty and performance instead of saving $. Being a part of a company wide layoff with 15 years of experience is unfair.
