I have been working at Bank of America full-time for more than a year
Good salary, nice benefits, company provides transportation from certain points of the city to the bank building. Onsite restaurant and gym. Nice and tidy building.
No training at all. People don't care about you, who you are, what's your name where you come from. Everybody is so "busy" to help a colleague, teach something about the role or even say a word of incentive. You just sit there and try to learn yourself something from the very confusing procedures files. Even though they expect you to know what you are doing without teaching anything.
Advice to Management
This is one of the biggest financial institutions in the world! Omg, please provide training for the new people. And this is not a particular case. You can hear it from people all over the departments. Does not make any sense to have an inefficient person struggling to learn if the bank has more than enough resources to provide a proper training and have a prepared person earlier helping the team.Bank of America2017-10-09
