    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Bank of America full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The bank supports employees who wish to explore new opportunities and define their own career path. I was supported by senior management to interview for and eventually be hired as a sales specialist after spending several years in a product management role.

    Cons

Internal bureaucratic processes can be very slow - it took 8 months to be hired into the bank and another 5 months to finalize an internal transfer. Employee benefit choices for higher compensated employees are costly and offer limited options.

    Advice to Management

Continue efforts to streamline internal processes to better take advantage of commercial opportunities and build a motivated workforce that is proud of its employer. Expand health care choices of higher compensated employees.

I have been working at Bank of America full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Company always tries to address concerns, improve processes. Charlotte headquarters has very bright, hard-working associates.

    Cons

Sometimes getting to the "right" person or group to get things changed is a challenge. Best to work within a team that has a direct channel/rapport with high-level upper management.

    Advice to Management

Clearing expectations and providing feedback is always appreciated.
