I worked at Bank of America full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

BAC is a strong company but has a corrosive culture that does not encourage collaboration and individual growth.

    Cons

There are frequent layoffs, there are many empty cubes in buildings due to work from home program abuse. It's hard to accomplish your job when you cannot reach people

    Advice to Management

allow for development. give midlevel and first level leaders a chance to attend conferences to build their skills.

I worked at Bank of America full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

The environment is ever changing and adaptive. Taking a hard look internally on improving the customer experience by making it easier for associates to do their job.

    Cons

Talent is curtailed and lost in the shuffle. Telecommuting has been reprioritized and no longer perceived as a value-added benefit to employees. Downsizing continues to occur unexpectedly displacing strong and experienced leaders.
