I worked at Bank of America full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Overall it was a great experience. The bank takes care of its people. I was respected, well compensated and mentored. I left the job after some time because of another exciting opportunity but I could have seen myself staying for much longer.

    Cons

The company did not allow for as much professional advancement as I would have liked.

    Advice to Management

Please remember to provide professional advancement opportunities to lower level employees as well as senior management.

I worked at Bank of America full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Working here gives you the opportunity to work with a great team of people in an environment that either succeeds or fails based on you and your coworkers.

    Cons

The downside is the need to sell products at a high level with not a heck of a lot of training. If you aren't the type of person who enjoys selling to others then this is not the job for you.
