I have been working at Bank of America full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Great benefits: child care plus, tuition reimbursement, health insurance, vacation time. They are finally starting to open up some opportunities for advancement in my area.

    Cons

large layoffs periodically. Instability due to this . Stagnation in a lot of roles with no room for advancement. Upper management does not seem to listen to what their subordinates are conveying. Income seems to be lower compared to jobs at other companies. Small raises and no bonus.

    Advice to Management

Pay attention to what the people under you are trying to convey and try to put appropriate changes into effect whenever possible. Your employees will be happier and more loyal. Also, bring back bonuses. The bank is making a profit.
