I worked at Bank of America full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Had a great team spirit all around. Promoted 360 coaching was took some getting use to.

    Cons

In a management role and having areas in different locations, sometimes the people weren't very acceptable to different views and set in their way in what they know even if it's wrong.

    Advice to Management

Keep working on the community and the spirit.

I worked at Bank of America

    Pros

Proactive in promoting employees' professional and personal well-being.

    Cons

Like any huge corporations, an individual can feel like just another cog in the wheel, especially when working with managers with little to no people skills. However, I was fortunate enough to have worked with a good group of people.

I have been working at Bank of America full-time for more than a year

    Pros

They allowed employees to get all the overtime you could handle, including coming in on weekends. The training was very good and they really make you feel comfortable before you get on the phone and start servicing loans.

    Cons

You have to have thick skin working a job like this. Everyday, depending on what queue your put into, you have to talk to depressing/angry people. Some people really have it rough and will cry or yell at you depending on their situation. I had a family explain to me that they couldn't pay their mortgage because their son had cancer and they had high medical bills. Sad

    Advice to Management

Honestly, that management was great. They were very helpful and whenever calls were escalated they were always there to lend a hand.
