I have been working at Bank of America (More than 8 years)
It was local and I loved my co-workers.
They treat employees terribly, with ridiculous sales goals and knowledge requirements, especially because the earning are way under given what they demand. They require split days so they can work you 6 days. I went on disability and as a punishment they pulled the previous quarter's bonus. And they basically only want "customers" with fat wallets. Everyday people, forced to wait in long lines with 1 or 2 tellers. Really horrible for the elderly customers.
Advice to Management
you need to rethink your strategies, both for customers and employees
