    Pros

    Family's are valued, unlimited advancement opportunities, training and education operatunties, Company Core Values I believe in, competitive salary, employee benefits, employee resources for the family, availability and insurance. Bonuses and compensation for doing the right thing. Respect.

    Cons

    Could use a simpler hiring process for former rehireable employees. And wish access to recruiters avalible.

    Advice to Management

    Re-Open Call Center in Rancho Cordova, California. Specifically Loan Line. Mortgage, FHA/VA and VISA.

    Pros

    Employees - you really become a family & your team becomes your sounding board.

    Cons

    Everything else; bonus structure is based on nationwide production which is difficult to reach the top tier. Management can't do anything and is constantly having to go up the ladder to still not get anything accomplished.

    Don't let your people become just an NBK; let them be people with a voice

    Management needs improvement, you have to please the customers no matter how rude or mean they are.

    Pros

    Benefits, vacation, 401k, sick pay, bonuses, employee perks, etc. My job was to take calls in a call center 40 hours a week with potential overtime at $20/ hour. It involved working with multiple computer systems and home equity loans.

    Cons

    I was laid off when business need meant the company didn't want to continue paying the lease on the building when there was other call centers.

    Advice to Management

    Bank of America is a good company to work for, but they are like most banks that will lay off after awhile.

    Industry Leader, Great pay and commission, corporate structure, no overtime, lots of perks and promotions, numerous leads generated from website

    Cons

    calls monitored, very scripted, no overtime, very structured, high goals, when business is good goals are raised, when business is down goals are not readjusted

    Advice to Management

    They should listen more to feedback given by employees on the frontline and make adjustments accordingly and keep their employees happy
