    Pros

Great benefits with great upper management

    Cons

    Advice to Management

Train in a class room so everyone knows exactly what they are doing when finished

I have been working at Bank of America full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    * Well compensated if you hit your goals
    * Able to work independently and be your own boss
    * Given all the resources you need for success.

    Cons

    * Short lease if you don't hit your goals.
    * Layoffs every year. Always an uneasy feeling around the company.
    * Relatively flat management structure makes it hard for advancement.
    * Amount of vacation given is generous but doesn't matter since they frown on you taking it.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

The benefits are comparable to similar type of company.

    Cons

It is truly a filthy place to waste your time. I wasted my 6 six years, I would kindly ask that you please consider leaving this place the moment you find a better opportunity. I was always amazed talented people leaving and would normally think why would that be the case until I left. This place is meant for brainless fellows who just want to get a paycheck every month. No job satisfaction, No creativity and Tons of politics. I would be rather be not working and watch TV all day all night, but I would never join BofA.

    Advice to Management

Shut the company, it has become too big to manage. Fire everyone who has been there for more than 10 years -- these are leeches.

    Pros

Great benefits, including a pension plan.

    Cons

Too many people in management and not enough people that have authority to make decisions without having to get approval from someone else who in turn has to get approval from someone else.

    Advice to Management

Talk to the people who are doing the grunt work to get better ideas on how to improve the process.

    Pros

Good team dynamics, great opportunity to learn about the 'ins and outs' of banking, Great exposure to the myriad products that the bank serves for corporate treasuries, with presence encompassing all over Asia. Enables you to be well versed with country nuances when it comes to dealing with treasuries both local and regional to deliver the best experience to their needs.

    Cons

Working for a big organisation, its inevitable that there are bound to be some politics. It's a competitive environment, which could be seen in a positive light depending on the circumstances.
