I have been working at Bank of America as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Pretty easy, helpful team. Thought I'd be doing Financial Advising, but it trains you to be a Relationship Banker Hybrid. Offers a 401k plan, and the internship is pretty structured. They fly you in for orientation and reimburse you.

    Cons

Low pay for the cost of living, lack of benefits. Work is kind of boring and mundane. Haven't been learning as much as I would like.

    Advice to Management

Be more clear about the position to the college students. Many of my fellow interns were confused.
