I have been working at Bank of America full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Benefits are great. Working for a large company allows you to move all over all while still keeping the time you've spent with the company.

    Cons

Some of the managers are difficult but the upper management will listen and try to help out as much as they can.

I have been working at Bank of America full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Benefits are great. Paternity leave is rarely seen in companies. One of the many benefits that this great company has to offer

    Cons

There aren't really many cons to this company. Sure just like every company there are little things we wish we could change but overall not many cons

    Advice to Management

Create a lobby engager only position. Offer coffee like other institutions

I have been working at Bank of America full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Depending on which team and which manager you're under, you can have a tremendously rewarding or a going nowhere career! I was fortunate to have worked under and worked with some of the brightest minds at BAML and have really appreciated the respect, visibility and opportunity that was presently to me

    Cons

Employees at the very bottom of the chain should be looked at and their grievances should be heard out. Many managers just are too controlling sort of nature.

    Advice to Management

Must work on improving health benefits provided to employees
