I have been working at Bank of America full-time for more than 8 years

      Pros

Good benefits, huge drive for diversity and to do the the right thing. Always working on making platforms better.

      Cons

Too many changes can be stressful, too many meetings (like 50% of working week can be scheduled meetings). Can seem to be too bureaucratic sometimes.
