I have been working at Bank of America full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

In general it provides good culture to grow within. However, it sometime varies by department. Good benefits.

    Cons

Lot's of duplicate efforts/technology that can be improved upon. Uses cheap ideas to cut the cost rather than focusing on how to improve/optimize things/processes.

    Advice to Management

Rather than cutting costs by reducing benefits or salaries, improve/optimize processes in place.

I worked at Bank of America full-time

    Pros

    Paternity leave time was unmatched.

    Cons

Constantly having to worry at the end of the year if your job was secure. Change in such a large organization was painfully slow. Due to the mergers and acquisitions there were a lot of rogue applications and line of businesses. Many organization bubbles were created due to the massive growth.

Can be a conference call hell culture as well.
