    Attempt to focus on employee retention. Working on improving financial literacy of communities it serves, through community focused programs.

    Customer interaction and the ability to build rapport

    The staffing started to be limited and often times we were having to work with only one teller for both the lobby and drive-thru.

    Appreciate those that work for you often

    Aim for mediocrity in all they do, would rather be bigger than better and as such there is no encouragement for ambition.

    The people have lost the drive to succeed and as such there is no pride in the work or the organization.

    Total lack of culture
