    Pros

    They're big on teamwork and communication between departments. They're also proud to be inclusive.

    Cons

    It's kind of easy to get lost in its sheer size; while communication is key, there are times when listening is not taken into account.

    Great direct Manager, Team-mates and fellow employees.

    Cons

    Constant turnover with employees at the lower levels. Seemed like there was a reorganization of employees every 6 months.

    Advice to Management

    Value the knowledge and experience you have and reduce turnover.

    Changing too often. Focus shifts from one thing to another forcing you to play a balancing act of sorts.

    I have been working at Bank of America full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

    Always work to be done to keep you busy, company encourages further developemnt on training and education, flexible scheduling, regular employee recognition, great community culture. Company takes care of their employees and communities surrounding on a regular basis and in times of need. Great health benefits and 401K.

    Cons

    Too many levels "layers" within each department, positions not aligned with actual titles, low salaries. There seems to be a reorganiztion of lines of business every year or half year.

    Advice to Management

    Align titles to actual experience and jobs performed. As well as compensation.

    Middle management is bad. Insecure management make it a sweatshop full of dirty politics.
