I worked at Bank of America full-time

    Pros

Diverse client base and deep list of small business accounts

    Cons

Aim for mediocrity in all they do, would rather be bigger than better and as such there is no encouragement for ambition.

The people have lost the drive to succeed and as such there is no pride in the work or the organization.

    Total lack of culture
