    Being such a large company sometimes it hard to find the correct departments for certain things. Instead of taking ownership people get passed along.

    The have a wonderful benefits package.

    Cons

    Hard to move up in the company. They continue to add additional roles to the job but not adding the pay to match. There is A LOT of micromanagement.
