    Training horrible, everyone I talked to wanted a training program not just on Skype with a trainer back east.

    Train in a class room so everyone knows exactly what they are doing when finished

    Best framework and process. Also world class Patterns and guidance team which promotes and keep up-to-date with technology and make it easy for employees.

    Cons

    Always budget issues. We cannot do innovative things so easily since it has restrictions on what technology to use and what not...

    Work Life balance. Great staff and great benefits. The company invest a lot on trainings, and provide lots of supports

    Cons

    Can sometimes be hard to attain the sales goals. Lots of micromanagement. Goals are a little high and can be hard to meet depending on your location.
