    Good pay, good benefits. Not much room for advancement unless you want to relocate.

    They don't always keep the best people. Most times their too concerned about their bottom line.

    Look at the quality of your employees. Don't let them leave, or lay them off.

    Pros

    Health benefits are offered, rewards for excellent customer service and a community of experienced staff to assist and support all employees at every level.

    Cons

    Sometime corporate decisions don't reflect whats best for the individual departments. Improvements happen but take longer than I would like.

    Keep communicating with upper management to implement needed changes.
