I worked at Bank of America full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    The pay was not bad.

    Cons

They spend nothing for a good working environment, office cubicles are getting smaller to non existent. Chairs are unbearable to sit in all day. Bare bones as far as on the job services such as administrative staff, office supplies don't exist. But all that aside, what drove me away was the management chain who felt the need to impress others at your cost, with ridiculous demands. Manager never has your back unless it has a knife in it. Manager harassed me for taking sick time, and demanded answers about what kind of sickness I was experiencing, which is pretty much illegal. No such thing as teamwork. If you want to apply for a different position in the bank, your manager will not take it well.

I worked at Bank of America full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Great benefits. Base salary of 60k+ is competitive as an FA base.

    Cons

The compensation plan is meant for you to only get credit for about 80% of what you do. I missed out on about 2-4 thousand quarterly due to loopholes in comp system. They also micromanage everything from outbound e-mails to outbound calls. All must be recorded.

I worked at Bank of America full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Great associates to be around

    Cons

No training and you would be blamed for other people's faults. Upper management would flat out lie to HR to keep their jobs. HR pretty much did nothing to investigate any internal complaints against the area managers
