I have been working at Bank of America full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Good company culture. Management seems to really be trying to do a push forward with technology and more quantitative approaches.

    Cons

No major cons other than the same con that applies to every big company — that being that I️t takes a long time to get things approved

I worked at Bank of America full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Fast-paced trading floor environment. Many resources available to increase knowledge. Friendly co-workers. Surrounded by intelligent individuals that are willing to teach and mentor.

    Cons

Poor recognition of hard work, which leads to many refusing to go above and beyond. Emphasis on getting a task done the old-school way - "if it's not broke, don't fix it" mentality.

    Advice to Management

Trading floor is run decently, but it would make more sense to re-think the way things are done and reward creativity in the rapidly changing world we live in today.

    Advice to Management

find managers that are invested in the growth of their employees. Then only can they earn the large bonuses.
